In an effort to keep our rates and prices low, we will no longer be accepting credit cards or checks upon arrival. We will accept your check for advance deposits only. ATM Machine on Premises.
- All sites have a picnic table and fire ring.
- Full hook ups have water, electric, sewer and a patio slab.
- One vehicle per site with pass.
- Motor homes are entitled to one tow vehicle.
- Additional vehicles are $5 per night, limit 2.
- We provide visitor parking space at no charge in front of the general store.

- These trailers are old and should be considered "camping trailers." They are furnished with toilets, showers, refrigerators, stoves and ovens. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, a coffee pot and toaster are included. You need to bring your own bedding and linens (most folks just bring sleeping bags).
- Trailers Rent from Saturday to Saturday.
- $50-60 refundable cleaning security deposit required.
- To receive your deposit refund the trailer must be left in a clean condition, without any damage and ready for re-rental (bring your own cleaning supplies).
PAYMENT and REFUND POLICIES
- We accept personal checks for the initial deposit only. We no longer accept credit cards. An ATM is available.
- Reservations are not accepted online.
- Please call for your booking.
- 50% deposit required.
- Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations of reservations over any holiday period.
- There is a $30 service fee for all cancellations.
- Changes in dates must be received 7 days prior to arrival.
- There will be no refunds after arrival, nor credit for early departure.
- We are not responsible for bad weather, bad fishing or illness.

PET POLICY
Well-behave pets are welcome. Pet limit is 2, extra $1 per night. Pet must be on a leash and cannot be left unattended at the site. Pet walk are provided.
LOCATION
When traveling on Hwy. 395, look for the Shell Mini-Mart at the intersection of 158.
Turn onto junction 158.
You will go approximately 1 mile.
Make a right turn on Northshore Dr.
Go another 1/2 mile and turn left on Pine Cliff Rd.
You will see us on the right.
