Quiet and scenic. Our site backs right up to their private lake. Each lakeside site has its own private dock. Fishing is permitted from your dock. They have a nice swimming pool and store. The store even has soft serve ice cream. They don't have sewer hookup at the campsites, but do have grey water drain hookups. Our site was pretty good in size. Although there are no breaks (shrubs, trees, etc) between sites. There are mostly seasonal campers here. Golf carts are permitted. Overall, a pretty nice campground. This was our first of many visits to come.

2nd time camping here, and we love it. Met so many of the seasonal people, and they were all nice and friendly and welcoming. Stayed for 10 days this time with our dogs right on the lake side (site 93). Great trails to walk. Nice pool, great Pavillion area, nice bathrooms/showers with softened water in the club house. Laundry on site and a small store. Pooches are exhausted and loved it here, and it is definitely a pet friendly resort. Just make sure to keep them on a leash or tie out and clean up after them. The staff are so quick to help with any issues and so personable and friendly. The owners are phenomenal and truly care about their guests.

Nice campground. Sites have water and electricity. Owner's say they are going add sewer next season. Quite a few seasonal residents, but everyone was friendly. Would come back.

Stayed here one night on trip to the Michigan UP and beyond. Nicely maintained campground situated on a small lake consisting mostly of seasonal rigs. Electric and water on sites. Very nice and fairly new pool. Small camp store, propane refill station, bagged ice small assortment of foods and drinks. Two bathroom/shower rooms located at camp store and more in rec center. Everything seem d handicap accessible. Very convenient location - easy to get to from interstate. Some sites had no trees or privacy (that's where we were placed) but many are very nice. Only major issue for us was constant noise from the nearby interstate.

My boyfriend and I started here for 3 nights and it was... Interesting. To say the least. The park is mostly seasonal rigs and it's pretty much a (travel) trailer park. Tons of dogs barking constantly. And the kids. They must live here all summer because they act like they own the place. The two people on either side of us both had very young kids. And they must've been watching TV or napping a lot because the kids kept coming into our site. Asking us to play with them, getting curious about our food. We had one child come and ask if he could pick up the leaves on our site for $17. When we said no, he flat out asked if he could just have the money. Another girl walked right into our slightly open tent and wouldn't leave. It wasn't our kid, so we didn't want to pick her up to remove her, but she wouldn't leave. The bathrooms are clean, but that's the nicest thing I could say about this place. It's a good thing there's hiking and sight seeing in the area, because we wanted to spend the least amount of time possible here. Unless you like babysitting other people's undisciplined children, go somewhere else.
