411 River Rest Campground

Beautiful, clean, campground. Wonderful staff. We had a nice relaxing weekend and cannot wait til we can visit again! This is the only picture I got! This is from the back of our site.

Y'all!! If your looking for the nicest campground around, this is it! They are super sweet and personable! It's family owned and operated! They have everything you could ask for when going camping! The camp sights are nice and not overly crowded. The bathrooms are amazing! Super clean and I have never seen bathrooms this nice at a campground they even put do most hotels I have been to! The kids LOVED the arcade, playground, splash pad, volleyball net, and ability to be kids! We WILL BE BACK! and next time we will be bringing our dogs to use the dog park and just enjoy ourselves all over! Thank y'all for allowing my family to rest and relax near the river!

We were driving up through Georgia, it was late and we were tired. We called the campground and to our surprise, got an answer. The owners were super nice and told us to come on in, we’d have a spot. Upon arrival, the owners kept the store open for us and got us checked in and escorted us to our pull through spot. The site is spacious and close to the river. The campground itself is gorgeous, and well maintained. The site was level, and had just the right amount of shade. The facilities were clean and looked great. There is a highway next to the campground that has some traffic noise, but there’s enough nature to offset the road noise. We will definitely be staying here on our return trip and highly recommend this campground.

Very nice, well maintained, kid friendly and super clean! We stayed a week and would definitely recommend. Owners consistently patrol the grounds keeping it safe for all. Super nice folks! We will be back!

Excellent. Hands down one of the best campgrounds we've stayed at and we've been across the U.S for over a month now! This place has a general store, laundry, showers, stocked pond, you can order pizza and wings (AND THEY DELIVER!), horseshoes, cornhole, ping pong, fire rings, picnic tables, spots by the river! The place is clean! Laundry room has commercial whirlpool washers n dryers $2 each and they have books and cd's left by fellow travelers (I took a chicken soup for the soul book!).I'd tell you my favorite spot but then everyone would want it so my lips are sealed! We were really amazed by all the kids having fun on bikes, carrying fishing poles, swinging and playing hide n go seek! Making great memories! It made our hearts feel full! The owners (and family) work their tails off and the whole time you can see the love and dedication in their eyes! They are 100% hands on. God bless them. We plan on making this park our place to stay when we make trips to see family in Chatsworth. If you get time check out Carters Dam right down the road and we took our bikes out to the Battle of Resaca battlefield and had a picnic. Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful visit to this campground. The area is peaceful and somewhat wooded, which gave it a cozy, tucked-away feel. It was much nicer than the typical flat, open commercial lots. While peaceful, it was also full of life with kids playing and families mingling in the common areas. People were friendly, and it was easy to strike up a conversation or share a laugh with someone new. There’s a great playground for the kids and a catch-and-release fishing area that kept everyone entertained. We booked a site at $59 a night with full hookups, including sewer. Their most affordable sites start at $39, and they also offer higher-priced spots closer to the river. One of the highlights was the covered picnic area with ping pong tables and black lights. It added a fun touch, especially in the evenings. The public restrooms and showers were impressively clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a very happy, family-friendly place. We would absolutely visit again.

Great Campground, great owners! Jackie helped me out when my wife wasn’t feeling good to back into a spot as I just made some changes to my rig and didn’t quite have it down. He was very patient! Nice spot on the river! Great pizzas! I would recommend it!

Beautiful and dog, friendly campground. Huge sites, including full hook up the camp store is adorable and they have ice cream and pizza. The best part of the campground are the owners and the Staff. We lost a tire on our camper a few miles from the campground. We stayed there because it was an emergency not really planned. They helped us find a local tire shop and loaned us tools to get back on the road. we wound up staying several days because it was such a nice place.

Very well maintained campground , has fully hookups , some pull through, gated at entrance. Has a store sells pizzas. Host are very friendly. Would highly recommended this campground to anyone . Very please with our stay!!
