Incredible park with amazing services. Local to Charlottesville, and Culpeper, the staff have been amazing. The Friday night Bingo and Saturday night Dinners are awesome. Always a great quality meal at a very minimal cost. If you have the chance, stay here!!! Highly recommended!!!
Madison Vines is supremely well run with a friendly competent staff. Crystal, at the front desk, is a treasure. We checked in at the last minute on a weekday and they got us checked in and at our site very quickly, and with no drama. The layout is great with paved roads. The sites are slightly wider than most RV parks - Approximately 20 feet away from each other. So enough to have a picnic table and a little green space. The resort at an astonishing number of amenities, which were well-maintained. In general, the campground was kept extremely clean and a lot of the structures looked fairly new/renovated. All in all I think this is going to become one of our favorite campgrounds.
We have camped here in our 5th wheel a few times. Love it! Campsites are nice. Bath houses are clean. Staff is friendly. Lots of events at campground. We camped 3 nights for New Year’s Eve and had the best time. The New Year’s Eve party was a blast. Met lots a people. If you like wineries, there are several within 20 minutes. Yoder’s is across the street.
My wife and I decided on one last camping outing of the season before winterizing our coach and came upon this campground. It is a gem. Modern, new amenities, clean and well kept, and run by a delightful staff. Can't say enough about Crystal, Debbie and Mirna: friendly, helpful, and professional. Debbie and Mirna cooked up some delicious home cooked meals in the Jefferson Building, and to top it off, my wife won the jackpot at Bingo! This place is terrific and we WILL be back!
Beautiful clean campground. Nice staff. Fun activities. Trip was booked several months in advance and completely paid for. Significantly raised prices and told to more or less take it or leave it we have people waiting to take your spot. Property covered in dead trees. Had 3 campers hit and heavily damaged by falling limbs, some of which were pointed out to staff before they fell and was told that are too booked up to have a company come in and cut the down. Guess they want to wait for someone to get hurt or worse before they will do anything.
