Acadia National Park is an absolute gem, with stunning coastal views, rugged cliffs, and peaceful woodlands. It’s one of the few places where mountains meet the ocean in such a dramatic way. Could be the most beautiful place on the east coast. The trails are easy to navigate and there is beauty all around you. Really a must for those who love ocean views and waves crashing against rocks. As someone else pointed out, get there early or you are going to find it tough to park! Climbed North and South Bubble and also the beehive. Amazing views from the top and not a hard climb.
We visited this beautiful place with nice natural scenery in January, during the off-season. It felt magical, as there were not many people on the trails, and the winter snow created a picturesque setting. However, many roads and trails are closed until the spring season. Additionally, the restaurants, visitor centers, and gift shops within the park are also closed during this time.
