Great weekend camping. It is peaceful and rugged, which is what we were looking for. Very nice owners. We will likely return again.
This place is all about long term renters in their trailers and other sites. The dock is very old and needs serious repair, I will not take people on on it who can't handle falling in the water. The shower house is not good.... The location is great. I hope someday someone buys the place and rebuilds it.
I love this little fishing getaway! The camping and RV spots are lovely and tidy. Cabins are delightful and comfortable. Most of all and most importantly, the people who are working so hard to keep this place running are most likely the friendliest, kindest, and most loving people on the planet! Within 3 minutes of meeting the owners on my first day here, we were laughing and joking like family. A room full of leprechauns, unicorns and pixies all shooting rainbows at each other would look gloomy in comparison to the family who runs Ada! So come for the beauty and peacefulness of the lake, but stay for the memories and people you meet that will last a lifetime. There are not enough stars to rate this place fairly, so I guess 5 will do.
Great owner! We had a perch derby tournament since 24 years, but not today due to covid-19. Owners and their children were always welcome to our potlucks and win some raffles. Every year, owners took pictures of our guests and fishermen . We always love you forever.
