This is a quiet and safe RV park. The Fairgrounds are nicely kept and the county is expanding the RV park right now, so the general store isn’t open at this time. Once expansion is completed, the NEW general store will open. Showers and laundry facilities are on site and water, sewer and power are at the sites, some sites with 50 amp service. There is a section for RV and boat storage next to the new expansion, also. Located in the Fairgrounds, there’s off-track betting, a driving range, 9-hole golf course and a horse racetrack. There’s dining available at the Clubhouse, Turf Club and Cafe, all located within the fairgrounds.

The concert was great, however the venue was a little disappointing. First we are not usually ones to complain, but there are things that were pretty clear on the web site, like no vehicles over 70 inches high in the VIP area. Trucks and tall Suv would need to be in the back so that others could see the stage or screens and hatch backs would have to be closed so people could see. However, that was not inforced so for some it made seeing any of the concert difficult. That said, We had a awesome time our space was perfect for 4 people, we brought dinner with us and lawn chairs it was a lovely evening and the opening band was really good also! Thank you for the opportunity, hope there will be more!

I had the pleasure of attending the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! This fair has something for everyone, and it exceeded all my expectations. The variety of attractions and activities is incredible. From thrilling carnival rides to entertaining live performances, there was never a dull moment. The kids had a blast on the rides and at the petting zoo, while we enjoyed the live music and impressive exhibits. The food options were outstanding. There were so many delicious choices, from classic fair favorites like funnel cakes and corn dogs to more gourmet options. The locally sourced foods and unique culinary creations were a delightful surprise. What truly stood out was the sense of community. The fairgrounds were bustling with friendly faces, and there was a palpable sense of joy and togetherness. The staff and volunteers were incredibly helpful and ensured that everyone had a great time. The Alameda County Fair is well-organized and offers a clean, safe environment. The layout makes it easy to navigate, and there are plenty of shaded areas to relax and take a break from the excitement. Overall, the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton is a must-visit. Whether you're looking for family fun, great food, or just a wonderful day out, this fair delivers on all fronts. I can't wait to return next year! Highly recommended!

Not their fault but I never made it inside because the lines were so long...maybe it is because they didn't have enough people to check bags or process sales fast enough...I didn't bothered to go in during Night q
