Alexander's Landing Resort

Amazing! Our 2 day trip turned into a whole week! The pictures do not do this place justice. We just rented a regular room. It was so clean and nice. The swimming pool was nice and warm and there was a variety of pool toys to play with. There were grills to use, a fire pit, and chairs on the deck just a few steps from our door. The view is simply breathtaking taking. Our room was spectacular. It had a kitchen just like home, dishes and utensils included! Oh and we can’t forget the coffee and coffee pot on the counter. This random trip just became a new family tradition as we plan to come back, often! My husband and I along with our 2 kids said this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed!

I got a room just to escape from the real world and it was super nice just like having your own little apartment! It was clean , and had everything you needed stove , coffee pot , microwave, kitchen table ! The manger was very nice and helpful ! I called early and hung up cause I thought maybe she might be sleeping , 3 min later my phone call was returned ! I will definitely be back to try out a different room ! I would definitely recommend if you are in town looking for a place ohhh and the price of the room was so reasonable! 10 /10 !

The room was very clean but we traveled here in the winter time and there was no access to a thermostat. The room was not heated before our arrival and we had to request the heat to be turned up. It did not warm up overnight and had to sleep with my coat on during the first night. We came to visit my family member who has multiple disabilities and he was unable to come to the resort since there was no disabled parking available and no other disability accommodations to our unit. It looks like a beautiful place to visit in the summer and we had a gorgeous view but would caution those families with disabilities that some things were not accessible.

I am giving Alexander’s Landing a perfect review even though there were a couple of things that could be improved on. I’m giving them the perfect review because the only real issue when we arrived was a housekeeping issue. My wife snapped a photo, emailed it and got a response back immediately! The response back was polite and apologetic! We took care of cleaning up the small issue and the quick response and the response itself made up for the small issue! This place is stinking adorable! The pool was awesome as well as the hot tub! We were just so impressed by this place! I would say my only real complaint is the mattresses in our room were just so hard! For some people I’m sure firm is great but for us it made for a rough night of little sleep and sore backs! To be completely honest though we will more than likely suffer sore backs and no sleep to stay here again! That’s how amazing it was! Plus when I was leaving this morning a lady who I assumed works there was walking towards the rooms, she greeted me, and was so nice and polite!! Overall super impressed!!

Room was clean no place or closet to hang up our clothes the mattress were uncomfortable wake up with a lot of headache and I didn’t like the Window AC make me sick . The dock was filled with spiders . I stayed at suit 5 and there were a lot of mosquitoes by the door also the swimming pool was full of chlorine and smell too strong looks like they have not clean it for long time even our clothes color were change from white to red due to bad water for . paddle boats and kayaks all included for resorts guests. The view was really nice .
