All Star Resort

A great getaway for family or friends! I did a lot of research beforehand and you can tell from the other reviews, there's a consistent theme. The location is great, the river is majestic, the cottages are cozy and clean, and it's a wonderful vacation spot to build memories together. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the owners - you can tell they really take customer service seriously and will do anything they can to ensure your stay is enjoyable! Any questions or favours we requested were answered immediately, with a friendly smile too! Thank you All Star Resort!! Like many of the other reviews on this page, we will definitely be coming back!!

All Star Resort is the perfect getaway run by amazing management. The owners are so caring and welcoming, and do everything they can to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you need something, they are just a call away. We've been to All Star a few times (me, my husband, two young children and our dog) and each time we visit, we are in awe of the natural beauty of the area. The cottages are cozy, clean, and have every amenity you would need, and sit right on the riverside. You can buy local firewood as each cottage has its own fire pit, and on a clear night the stargazing is wonderful. The last time we were there, we actually saw shooting stars!! Such a beautiful core memory we were able to build as a family. I also loved waking up and drinking my hot tea on the dock, watching the sun rise. When you book, you get access to canoes & kayaks to navigate the beautiful river. We love the location of this park as it is about 15 minutes away from the East gate of Algonquin. Another thing to note for those with young kids: there's actually a play structure/ park for the kids to use as well. We are now making it a yearly tradition (2x a year if we can swing it!) to visit All Star Resort. We have already built so many beautiful family memories there and look forward to many more memories at All Star Resort!

Returned from a stay at All-Star Resort a couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beautiful fall colours are starting to show and makes the place so relaxing and restful. The cottages are well-kept and in keeping with a rustic cottage, with all the necessary amenities. We had some trouble figuring out how to use the grill, but the owner came out to help us right away and we enjoyed our meal with the lovely scenery. Looking forward to another visit to All Star Resort!

My wife and I stayed for four days last week. Overall experience was amazing! The staff and owners went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The coffee maker in our cottage was not the best and when we mentioned it to the owner, it was replaced on the same day for a brand new one. Cottage was clean, tidy and very comfortable. We felt at home and all our needs were covered. The location is gorgeous. We are definetily coming back.
