I went here over the weekend to hike the Minister Creek Trail/North Loop (not sure what's it called), but it was pretty fun. The weather was great and we camped by the nearby stream 3 miles in. The trail we went on was pretty beginner friendly and it's definitely worth checking out if you got time, although there was minor elevation incline and declines. I will be coming back to hopefully go on other trails in the area!
It's hard to do more than just scratch the surface on such a massive park. Everything I saw was well maintained and clean. Wonderful place to hike and sight seeing.
It is an amazing place. We took the minister trail and reached the look overcast to see the beauty of nature. It is mesmerising . I can say it is like heaven on earth.
I spent the weekend here running forest service trails in my Bronco. I dispersed camped Saturday night at a wonderful site next to a river. I will definitely be back to spend more time enjoying this beautiful expanse of forest.
Absolutely stunning. Our family has been camping here every year since longer than I've even been alive (a tradition started by my grandmother). Leave it better than you found it and your time will be magical and beautiful ❤️ Check out my insta @kimberlyannsalvino for more pictures if you are so driven ;)
