AllStar RV Resort by QRV

Erich is one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered at an RV resort. He consistently goes above and beyond to help guests. Recently, I was in a tough situation—I have a herniated disc in my neck, and my husband was out of town for work. I needed propane but couldn’t lift the tanks. Without hesitation, Eric stepped in and helped me, and I was incredibly grateful. Beyond that, I’ve seen him constantly working—cleaning up, picking up trash, clearing trees, and making sure everything runs smoothly. He doesn’t just stay in the office; he’s hands-on and always willing to help. Plus, he’s always a pleasure to talk to. His dedication and work ethic truly make a difference in this community!

This RV park is really nice. It feels safe & cozy, and you can tell the staff (Erich) goes to great lengths to ensure your stay is comfortable. I have only been here for a month but I can tell there is a great sense of community among everyone who lives here. The park is clean, and the amenity center and grill area is nice. During the most recent winter storm, Erich made sure all the pad sites were prepared to avoid freeze damage. I don’t know how long my job will require me to stay in this area but I will be staying at this park as long as I need to.

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. The common areas are kept clean and always stocked. The bathrooms are well maintained, as well as the pool and rec room which are also a great place to relax or play with the kids. The property manager, Erich, reaches out promptly when there are changes on the property (bathroom codes) or if there are any issues out of his control (water outages due to the city) or if there are events happening on property (food trucks or pot lucks). If you have any questions he will help you out quickly and with a smile on his face. I have been here for over a year now and have noticed the change in management has greatly improved, things have been upgraded here and there, and there is an overall better vibe throughout the park.

My parents have been staying here for 15+ yrs. I've stayed several times on their bus with them and always enjoyed it. Now I have my own travel trailer and am staying here and it's fantastic! I've been to several other facilities that don't offer half as much as AllStar, and certainly the personal touch with site manager Erich Chapman isn't there. My FIRST trip in my Airstream was to AllStar and Erich helped me do all my hookups IN THE POURING RAIN, came and disconnected my propane to fill (because I wasn't familiar on how to do it yet and was afraid!), and he and his wife have been a constant source of joy when staying here. My home base is Houston and I'm happy that I'll always have a trusted source when staying here!

Wife and I camped there a couple days. It was very nice there. It was quiet. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. It was cold and raining one day but it was warm inside. And the wifi works. We will be going back there when we return to Houston.
