Aloft Mooresville

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The Bar in the lobby is nice and has a pool table and jenga. I stayed in a double queen room and everything was updated and comfortable. Shower took a minute to get hot but once it warmed up it was nice. I think my favorite part about this hotel is they foster dogs from a local shelter. There is always someone at the front desk to care for the animal and they were friendly. I thought this was an awesome idea and a reason I’ll definitely be staying here in the future

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Aloft Mooresville! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly kind staff and even some friendly dogs in the lobby—a unique and welcoming touch that made the hotel feel instantly warm and inviting. The rooms are fantastic, with vaulted ceilings and massive windows that let in tons of natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere. One of the standout details was the Dry Bar shampoo and body wash in the showers. It’s easily some of the best-smelling soap I’ve ever used. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, fully equipped with everything you need—including a leg press machine, which is a rare but much-appreciated find! It’s also equipped with plenty of dumbbells and a full cable machine with attachments. The general manager is an absolute gem—she wears many hats to ensure guests have everything they need and truly goes above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. The entire team is beyond kind and clearly takes pride in making guests feel at home. Aloft Mooresville combines comfort, convenience, and an extra touch of personality. I’ll definitely be returning!

We were charged damages to the room 2x for $50 dollars. The only thing left was some trash. It's totally normal. There was absolutely nothing done to this room. The pool area was cold, and the temp of the pool was also beyond chilly for this time of year. The shower has 2% privacy. Since there is a wall there, and frosted glass. The staff was great. Overall it was clean. The USB chargers do not work. So bring your square. I hope we can resolve this issue, I saw this has happened several times to others. A hold is something different than after the visit charge. Unacceptable and will not be returning. Hope this helps others making their decisions for a stay to Mooresville NC

It's a good hotel, I'm not crazy about the loft style rooms but as long as it has a bed it does the job! Everything was in good repair, probably only complaint was I didn't need anything in the room so left the do not disturb tag on the door and housekeeping cleaned it anyhow? I wouldn't have been very pleased if I was working nights and was trying to sleep! Best thing here though is the bar and common area, the bar is a bit expensive but they have a great selection and some really amazing bartenders.

The front desk staff was super helpful! Unfortunately, there wasn’t a microwave in our room, so we had to use the one in the front lobby to warm our food. But the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were amazing customer service!
