Nice ppl to talk to but very discriminatory towards dogs they don't like. They tend to group all dogs they are afraid of together.
Surprisingly quite quiet, some spots are more private than others. I’m not sure exactly how they rent them. This is a year-round park so keep in mind there are full time residents living here (including some park models). Generally everyone seems to keep to themselves which doesn’t bother me as I’m a homebody. Wouldn’t want to stay year round in one of the “more open” spots that’s for sure. There are showers & laundromat. Have not used them so cannot attest to their cleanliness. Overall a good run of the mill park okay for a week or so.
My husband and I stayed at the Aloha RV Park & Campsite for 6 months in our 5th Wheel. The site was clean and spacious and thanks to the addition of greenery it had pretty great privacy ! Susan was amazing to deal with, she is kind and generous and really takes pride in her facilities and I always have the most amazing talks when I got to be around her! I was amazed at how immaculate she kept the laundry facilities, everytime I walked in the floors were clean and every machine was clear of any debris or dirt, in the spring she even put flowers planters at the front to add some color!! You are right on Fraser Hwy but only due to some louder trucks you usually don't hear the traffic at all. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a longer stay or even a few nights, definitely was able to feel at home here !!!
I loved this place always have, but when ran by the wrong Management that is way to Judgmental for far too long being EVICTED for something that doesn't even make sense, well then Piss Right Off!!!! As I am a resident of my own place/ acres in Aldergrove and it is very Frustrating to find a place and make it your own with someone so Judgmental and until DRASTIC changes have been met I highly will not be Recommending this Place to Anyone ever Again!!!!! 🤬
Only good thing about this park is that it’s located near Abbotsford, Aldergrove, and HWY 1. The location however is right off of a secondary highway next to a gas station so it is noisy from that and super dusty. Otherwise I have nothing nice to say about this place. Best to be avoided if possible. If not possible be warned that the management & maintenance is erratic at best and down right horrible at its worst. How they have been left in their positions is beyond me. Due to the housing crisis in BC not all residents are able to speak up or out about the place. Some of the major negatives about the place is they only take cash or checks, only tent users (sometimes van campers) are allowed to use the showers and bathrooms on site, laundromat isn’t available to park users outside of 8 am to 8 pm and isn’t well maintained or cleaned, park maintenance gets worse the further you get from the managers house, snow removal is atrocious (as in loads of times it’s left undone in the hopes it will melt within days of falling which very rarely happens causing all park users massive issues and long-term users unable to get out and go to work or anywhere else for that matter), management is volatile & has the unwritten rule of long-term users keeping to themselves and not socializing among themselves, also insists on all skirting & tarps to be white & uniform (nowhere is this indicated in park rules), horrible at informing when rates increase and will blame on user for not knowing, when maintenance is done on the park it takes forever to complete and often done wrong (the retaining wall project has been ongoing for years and has had to be redone on several pads because it was done wrong), and they rarely mention if/when they are going to shut off water or power to your rv and just go and do it (not pleasant when you’re taking a shower or have a full fridge). I could go on indefinitely with this list. One last note that unlike a majority of parks they require hot water tanks to be run off of propane.
