Customer Reviews
Very nice campground. We enjoyed our stay. The woman in the office was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed talking with her, she's very knowledgeable about the history of the area. It's a beautiful place with a very nice nature trail to walk on. Easy to get into spots, very accommodating for our fifth wheel.
Great park for Camping / RV's / tents ... Nice clean large bathroom/showers. 2 wide boat ramps ... Use caution if your new to area watch water levels & how to navigate around the trestle. Swimming area, store, playgroup, pavilion, nature trail etc. :D
Great place love it. If you have kids and want a place for them to have fun take them here. They have a swimming area, play ground, WiFi and cable. My grandkids love it and have made new friends there.
If you plan on a quiet place to park...forget it. The new management has their hands full with a bunch of drunk good ole boys raising hell till 4am...every night. One especially, and he's parked next to the sign that highlights quiet hour...talk about ironic. Every rule on the board...photo posted, was not even looked at. Good luck new management...the only thing missing were banjos playing. Deliverance anyone. Lots of big bellies and beer drinkers walking around cussing at each other.
Just wished they kept on people to the rules about their dog being on a leash and cleaning up after them. I had a dog and followed the rules but others their dog would come to our area use the bathroom and annoy us and we would have to clean up the area.
