I stay at this hotel frequently and the hotel is very clean and maintained! The staff and hotel manager are so friendly and sweet! The breakfast and options for breakfast is actually pretty amazing! I usually make myself a breakfast sandwich and they had options for oatmeal, and waffles and a bunch of goodies to choose from. 100% will be the hotel I will always choose to stay at in Forest Lake.

I stayed here for a week while waiting for my new place to be ready for move in. Very friendly and helpful staff. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and loved that they opened it for us a little early and a plus it's open until 11pm. Rooms were clean and their housekeeping was very kind and prompt. Breakfast of make your own waffles with a wide selection of other fresh items. My only issue is the wifi only works outside my room. A little outdated rooms but it served it's purpose and I enjoyed my stay.

Poor air quality and black mold in bathroom. Bathroom floor was dirty. Holes in bathroom wall. Couldn’t stay the both nights we originally reserved due to air quality and asthmatic reactions to mold.

Do not recommend! The tile floor was dirty and sticky. The carpet was spongy and sticky. The door didn’t latch unless you slammed it shut. Dust bunnies were dangling from the popcorn ceiling. The chair had numerous gross visible stains. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. The bed was hard, and the pillows were tiny and flat. The 80s alarm clock was unplugged and lying on the floor between the wall and the one bedside table. We were so disappointed.

Booked online. First thing as we pulled in afamily parked out front feeding a whole bag of cereal to a seagull on the front parking lot. Walked in to check in and couldn't stand the place never even set foot into the room. Asked for refund and it's not in there policy. Like who wouldn't refund someone there money after not staying there. What a dump. If you want some trailer park action the by all means stay there. I wouldn't. You can pay 10 bucks more and go stay at the country inn just up the street. Only wish I'd of seen it sooner. I booked on Expedia. Don't use them either
