I reserved a room with a fireplace, dining area, refrigerator, microwave, with a bar area and hot tub. The room was very big and clean. The private hot tub was great! There was also a pull-out couch. I was not happy with the kitchen / bar area. It had a sink, no soap or towel, nor did it have any dishes. I expected that when you are given a kitchen bar area that you would have a few plates, cups, and cutlery. Continental breakfast was nice. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, baked goods, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, and juice. The pool and hot tub looked very nice. The area had several tables and chairs to sit at. Lots of parking available. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. There is also a bar on site.

My boyfriend and I went on a little staycation and chose this hotel because it had a lot of character. Now, it is alittle rundown but for the most part the rooms are nice and clean. Our room went right out to the pool which were very clean and super fun. Everyone was super nice and service was great. Perfect little diamond in the rough and super unique!

I felt really badly about the review I left before. It's not the hotels fault things weren't what I have expected. The service here is amazing and long as you ask nicely and are respectful. These people will go above and beyond to help you out and make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

This facility has always been accommodating, clean, friendly, and affordable. They are continually updating the grounds, rooms, and amenities. Breakfasts are more than anyone can ask for. The eases of checkin and checkout is beyond words. We will continue to stay here when visiting my brother and his family.

When we arrived in our “non-smoking” room it smelt like cigarettes and mildew. I requested a different room because I have an infant. The nice gentleman who works in the afternoons was extremely polite and moved us to another room. Unfortunately this room was also disgusting. It did not smell but there was food on the floor that wasn’t vacuumed, ants all over the dresser and table, the shower curtain was extremely dirty, the tub didn’t drain and bathroom had mold. The bed was stained and dirty. I immediately started looking for a different hotel. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. Plus the older woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Sharron was extremely hateful, and should not be in charge of any customer service.
