New beds, comfy pillows, awesome manager and staff. We were in town for a funeral and even with this hotel being in a small town it it next to a bowling alley and resturaunts. The staff are so friendly and helpful even in our situation we left smiling. I highly recommend staying here just to meet the staff alone.

I love taking my niece and nephew to swim during the winter months. Something for us to do inside and I can sit and relax in the hot tub while they play. A little spending, but for an afternoon, $10 each is well worth it.

Location was great as I didn’t want to go to St. Cloud and we had a volleyball tournament in foley. With that thou shoulda drove father. Our room wasn’t clean at all. Even simple things that should be wiped down was not. There was four of us and had to ask for towels wash clothes and if they even had basic soap to wash hands. The worker looked at me as if she was clueless to having any of this items available and had to wait to get towels out of the dryer . Never have I ever experienced this elsewhere. Tv color also didn’t work and screen was pink and room was freezing cold and could turn heat up anywhere. The pool area was a complete disaster with dirty wet towels everywhere, along with a heaping pile on the floor on your way out. The rest room in pool area was also disgusting. The hot tub was Luke warm at best and jets didn’t work as well. Was a total and complete disappointment. Was also literally no control on like a quite time , it was after midnight and parents were still partying in lobby , kids were running wild thru halls as well. I get this happens but even like by 10:30 you’d think they’d be told to stop running around and parents to use an inside voice and not to be screaming at eachother. Also along with the kids screaming and running up and down the hall ways.Our room wasn’t far from lobby so was super frustrating when we had to be up by 5 am. Breakfast in the morning was a joke. Over all way over priced ,would not recommend and would never stay here again.

After telling the desk lady not to put damage deposit on my card 5 times and I'll pay cash so I don't have to wait 7 days to get it back, she proceeds to do it anyway. I had 3 rooms and she rang all of them separately. No clue what was going on but I'm pissed for having to wait for my money. Old rooms and very loud hotel. Never again.

I wouldn’t stay here if my life depended on it. Recently booked a room for my family , we immediately had to leave and drive the 2 hours home late at night as the room reeked of mold even with the windows open the smell was overpowering, was not safe for small kids to sleep in. Then as leaving they said we could call the next day for a refund when the owner would be there. We realized they double charged us. “Refunded” us for the double charge but refused to refund us for the moldy room we stayed in. 350$ we were charged for a room we walked in and out of. We have called multiple times and they have tried saying we’ll have the owner call you.. the owner would never respond. This place is the worst! 🤯
