Anchorage Motel

I have stayed here 3 times now in the last two months. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. But what really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service!! Each time friendly and willing to help in any way they can. But the last time they exceeded all expectations. I was late arriving due to my job I was there for, and the office was closed. I hadn’t called ahead to check in which was completely my fault. Due to the distance driving home that late was really not an option. So I called the emergency number which woke up the owners, but not only didn’t they complain, they were friendly and opened up within 5 min. to make sure I was taken care of. Above and beyond customer service, great people and a great place to stay. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

This is our go to place when we visit Rehoboth, which is often. Clean rooms, generally quiet, friendly front staff and owners. Crabby Dick's is right across the parking lot, which is a plus. If you're looking for a casual, clean space to stay, consider the Anchorage. If you want to pay for more amenities like a pool, gym, etc, look at the bigger hotels for your visit. Otherwise, give them a look!

This was my first overnight trip at Rehoboth and Anchorage motel was a very nice place to stay! There were so many excellent reviews so I couldn't resist. The motel itself and location is very reasonable for the price. There were a few minor things that I noticed though; the remote was dirty, the towels were stained, the bathtub was kinda dirty, and the refrigerator was hard to operate. Also prior to the trip, I booked another reservation for an extra day. We had a double bed room and had another reservation for a king bed room. Although we wanted to switch to the king room, it was more convenient to stay with the double room (to keep our belongs secure while we're at the beach)... The anchorage staff was very accommodating, THANK YOU! I will most likely be back again for this summer!

Cute motel! Nothing fancy, but overall clean, and safe! Rooms are a little on the small side, but still comfy! Very safe & well lit praking. Beds are comfy. No coffee machine, but it does have a small fridge & a small microwave. Basic cable TV is a plus! Overall you get what you pay for and this place was worth it. Plenty of restaurants & shopping malls all around.

Pretty clean. Great place to stay, especially in the off-season for a low price. Inside rooms (door leads to hallway inside the building, hotel style) are more comfortable and quiet than outside rooms (door leads right to parking lot, motel style). Great location. Short distance to all shopping, including Tanger outlets. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but they're not awful. Great place if you just want a place to stay and not worried about luxury. It's got clean bedding and a pretty clean bathroom.
