My husband and I have stayed here 2 times now. We really loved the privacy with the cedar trees and how quiet it is. It's clean and well maintained. I have talked to Renee a few times and she has been very pleasant and very welcoming. We highly recommend this campground! If people don't like the rules then don't book here! Someone had made comment about the fees. We have stayed at many campgrounds around Vancouver and their fees are just as high and are not as well kept!
A very well manicured and treed campground in a wonderful location that feels remote but is 15 minutes from Coquitlam or Port Moody.
Great Camping location, the staff are so friendly and the whole place is maintained well. Your so close to Bunzen lake it’s a 25 min hike through an amazing forest trail or a 6 min drive. Everywhere is pet friendly. They have great showers and a laundry facility and a playground with basketball/ volleyball courts for kids.
This trailer park is conveniently located near the entrance to Buntzen Lake. It offers sites that accommodate tenting all the way to full sized bus type RVs. All the amenities are available including showers (paid), outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, and volleyball. The property is generally well kept and clean, although some of the amenities are showing its wear and tear. The quietest sites are in the center as the outer ones are next to the street traffic. Gated community with entry code.
Meh, one star each for close location to Bunzten and clean campground and amenities. Property is confusing when you first arrive, no proper signage about where the office is located but wouldn't even matter because its locked and nobody is inside anyways so don't bother 'ringing the bell' ..as directed. Spotty cell service just because of the general area so don't be alarmed if you can't reach them by phone either haha. Other reviewers on management (or their 'on-site staff' ) is SPOT ON. Don't expect 'welcomeness'. There are better lakes, better locations, better RV campgrounds, better COMMUNITIES in the Tri-cities. I also feel the need to add, be sure to check and confirm pricing BEFORE arrival, get this in writing via email or even a text. Their 'on-site' staff member tried to tell me its HUNDREDS of dollars per night even though summer was officially over and campground had minimal guests WHILE I'm trying to show him their own website on pricing. This highlights the 'unwelcomeness' as he was trying to up price me to discourage us from staying.
