This place is fairly pretty. It is basically a large parking lot with about 9 picnic tables and fire pits plus a very nice vault toilet . There is water spigot too. Really no access to the nearby stream. Highway 12 is in full view but has very little traffic.
Nice campground with parking spots, water, and fire pits. Bathrooms are in rough shape.
This was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay but I have to give it three stars because after my first night a wildlife ranger came by and told me that unless I have a Colorado hunting or fishing license, or a permit I can not stay there.
