We had a blast! Not sure what luck we had but we were catching like crazy! In 2 days we C&R 19 channel cats, 1 beautiful carp, and about 12 perch/sunfish/bluegills. Already reserved our room this time months in advance. Bringing our 1 month old. But the camping was great. The service was great. We were happy campers.

4-8-24 Resort is a term used for luxury. This place is a luxury resort. It's out in nature. So you have to understand. Things will be different in the resort. I didn't like the sinks so high. I'm disabled and I wasn't able to reach my right arm so high up. I'm 5'8 my right arm doesn't lift up with. The sink was about a 1 ft higher then other sinks. Rooms were handed out by staff Holly. Super nice attitude The location wasn't perfect. To get there. Not so much. Truly hard with roads in such a dangerous drive...But the views and water. The people. Worth the trip 100% just take time aroumd the corners. Do not drive fast. I was nearly sideswiped. With a BMW SPEEDIMG

Clean and comfortable. It needs a bit of love, but I know the new owners are working on it. The views are spectacular. The boat ramp and fuel docks were well maintained. Several picnic tables scattered throughout the property to enjoy the scenery and relax. The pier by the marina is a beautiful spot. The food in the restaurant was okay. They also have a nice little bar. I would definitely go back.

The staff really make this place special! Restaurant's food is pretty good, too. You'll want to call and confirm whether or not the bar/restaurant will be open during your stay. Great for pop-ups, fifth wheels and RV's. There's a marina and pontoons for rent and a boat ramp so you can bring your own!
