Great tent sites,,just b aware road is gravel going to grounds and sites,,,primitive bath house needs little more water pressure,,Nate was Great host and says thier working to improve road to campsite,,
Would be good if they had a better road. Definitely NOT for motorcycles as we were told. It's a work in progress.
APC is a great location, with really cool folks running it. Located right outside of Maggie Valley, NC it is perfect for camping when in the area. Shady spots for the heat, showers and located close enough to things while seeming practically remote. Personally, I never stay anywhere else.
We are literally on out first night here. We are staying in the converted horse trailer cabin. We love the whole aesthetic of the place. There are a few minor things that if changed would set this extremely cozy place apart from the rest! Overall, just what we wanted.
Cool place off the grid. Friendly owner had a site setup for us as we rolled in at dawn.
