First time staying at this resort. Management very friendly and helpful . New campground with a lot of potential. Driveway and trailer lots needed gravel but understandable considering the winter weather. Will visit again. Close to everything. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall great experience. Reasonably priced, super close and convenient to attractions but off the main road enough to be able to have a quiet escape when you’re ready to relax. Didn’t use the bathhouses but the office and upstairs rec rooms are very nice (our son enjoyed playing with some of the games and toys when the weather didn’t cooperate). Would definitely stay again.

We were using a pop-up camper, so we were given a spot closest to the facilities to make our use of them convenient. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate. Our main purpose for the trip was hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park. Staying here made the journey quick and easy. But you do need to leave early in order to beat the backed up traffic.

Gave location 4 stars because there is no light to get back on the Parkway to leave with the RV. This is a lovely campground in progress. Only one noisy net because some inexperienced rvers came in around 1AM and we're very noisy and then turned on an old noisy generator. Luckily they left next morning. We stayed a week and loved it! Staff was very , very nice. Highly recommended by us.The bath house is brand new with 4 individual bathrooms with a shower and 2 handicapped bathrooms with showers. Laundry room is in the bath house.
