Awesome getaway and only a 3 mile drive from home.

Small and quiet Campground/Marina that is located right next door to Arnold's Creek Public Boat Ramp. They provide public men's and women's restrooms/shower houses. They are also a pet friendly campground as long as they are leashed. It is conveniently located approx. 5 minutes from the town of Rising Sun and The Rising Star Casino. Due to the short distance of The Rising Star Casino provides a free trolley service to pick you up or drop you off. Just give them a call to schedule your pick up or drop off time just be sure to ask what the latest drop off time is because I don't think it's a 24 hour service. It is free but I always bring a few bucks to tip the driver.

It was filled with rain and there was nothing to do. The people are hateful and I just hate everything about it.
