This is a very nice campground, they have water and electric hookups and a dump station. The lake is beautiful and peaceful and the wildlife is sweet to watch and listen to. They have ducks, geese and deer. The campsites are roomy, they have picnic table and fire ring on each sight. The office, and bathrooms are very clean. Their prices are extremely reasonable, I will be back! I loved our stay! Peggy
We stayed one night, and it was nice and clean. $40 per night for only water and electricity is a bit high, and it looks like most people live there, but it was nice for an overnight stay. I was disappointed that there was a portapot located at the edge of our spot (L108). Walk path around the pond and ducks and geese to feed.
As I am on my way out of Illinois as a political, medical and tax refuge, I chose to stay at this wonderful camp and RV park for a couple weeks and both myself and my dogger cannot say enough nice things about the place. Thank you
Took my kids to fish there. It's a beautiful place. Would be better if other visitors would stop putting trash in the water. We spent so much time having to undo our lines from fishing line that was left behind. Clean up after yourselves folks.
Visiting for the eclipse! • The Campground was very busy but the staff remained friendly, organized, & helpful. The bathhouse was clean. Plenty of space to adventure but close enough to town if you needed it. I have At&T and had great cell service. As for the eclipse events they had some extra stuff occurring that were nice perks.
We had a family Birthday and let all the fishermen and ladies fish while others watched kids play. Nice and clean.
It's a nice campground and a well-kept on the grass. They recently added rubber mulch to the playground equipment
Nice place took our Grandson fishing their is a walk way around the lake, nice.
