This is truly a top-notch campground! The little creek was so much fun for the kids. They spent the whole day building enclosures for tadpoles! There are plenty of clean restrooms for men and women, and the free hot showers are great! I will definitely come back again!
I had a great first experience here. Lots of trails nearby for all types of adventurers, the facilities were very clean, camping spots were large and well-kept. Overall, it was a great experience. It's so cool to have this place right outside of Irvine. I will definitely be back.
My wife and I camped for a day and really enjoyed it. Rancho Santa Margarita is only 5 minutes away and has lots of food options. We walked around the campgrounds and Hickory Creek with our dog. Security patrols the campgrounds every hour. Beautiful location to camp. We will be back very soon.
Very nice campgrounds. Bathrooms are very clean and have hot showers. Some campsites are close together and can get noisy, but there are some good spots. It's very quiet at night and a nice place to spend time outdoors with the family.
The creek was dry in October, but the playground was clean, and the campground had water spigots and shade. Not bad!
