The Campground was nice, the host was very nice and helpful, really clean bathrooms. The worst was the boat ramp it is so tore up its 4-wheel drive only! We watched several people have to be towed up the ramp We could not launch our boat, very disappointing when you plan on fishing for a week and you have to sit on shore. Would live to go back, not until the ramp is as advertised on their website. It needs to be noted so others like us don't have to sit on shore 4-WHEEL DRIVE ONLY BOAT LAUNCH!! be aware!!
Such a cute campground! I loved the location, is was super close to the actual lake. The campsites themselves were very clean and spacious, and there were a lot available when we arrived. The host is super friendly and always available for questions and requests. Definitely recommend!
Is it pretty Lake. Supposed to have pike, I have never caught one there trout fishing is okay
This is a terrific campground! We enjoyed the scenery, and the park host, David, was so pleasant. Definitely recommend!!
We spent the day fishing and picnicking next to the lake. Even with the intermittent rain, it was gorgeous and we all had a great day! Restrooms were available at the nearby campground.
Asher Lake is a great location. Only 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix. We caught four rainbow trout and did some hiking around the lake beautiful area.
Campsite were clean, camp host was great, and views were amazing. It was cold and windy, but still had a great time.
The place is clean and the camp hosts are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Small lake is great for a more intimate experience. My dog had a blast. Driving there in September was so breath taking. The meadows were full of beautiful flowers. I feel comfortable enough to camp there solo.
