We had an amazing weekend. It was the most peaceful and rested we have felt in a long time. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owners were wonderful and helpful. There are plenty of places to explore nearby. We found some good food for the couple of meals we are out. I highly recommend this if you want to go explore or just want some place to relax.
Frank and Renee were wonderful! We got married on March 1st. They took care of everything! Setting was beautiful! Photos were stunning. They set up "Four seasons catering" for our couples dinner at the cabin and it was absolutely delicious! We also had a couples massage! Best time ever! Thank you Frank and Renee for making this week memorable! We will definitely come back!
Highly recommend! Pet friendly, it was nice to be able to bring our dogs on our adventures. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, in the Dot Calm cabin. We brought some food and found all we needed to cook. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing. We had a wonderful time exploring this area. We did some hiking to see the landscape - Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Old Man's Cave. Then we hiked to Rock Bridge at the State Nature Preserve right by the entrance! We enjoyed some local restaurants (loved 58 West) too. We would love to return in the fall!
Jason and I stayed at Tall Pines for our first ever visit to Hocking Hills and our stay was beautiful and romantic thanks to all the little touches Frank and Renee put into their cabins from the welcome sign with our names on it to the heart shaped towels with flower petals on the bed to the binder with their own story it it sharing how they met and came to own Boulders Edge. It was like being part of a hallmark movie and we loved it! It had everything we could have hoped for and we slept amazingly after hiking to areas that Frank gave us directions to and visiting area restaurants, winery's and ice cream spots that he also recommended. Its always helpful to have a wonderful guide to make your few precious days getting away even better. We loved the hot tub and privacy and the decor of the cabin. My husband and I stayed in Tall Timber in September. The cabin was perfect, and the hosts even added personal touches for our anniversary. It was clean and tidy, and included everything we needed to cook and grill. Frank was so friendly and gave us a ton of helpful information about the area. It’s a lovely property and we will definitely be planning another trip here in the future!
