We have been here for 2 years long term. We are so thankful to have such a nice place to stay in Auburn while caring for our ailing mother. There have been many upgrades this year. This rv resort is very nice and clean and has been updated just beautifully. Julie, Manager and Bob, Asst. Manager are doing a great job taking care of us. Julie has added her special touch to make this place very festive and beautiful. You will love this place long term or just an overnight. We love it! Carl and Janis and Xena dog.
Stayed for a long weekend in September. We had a standard pull-through with shore power, water and sewer. The park is quiet. The pads are pretty level and there's foliage around the pads for privacy. The place is very clean and well maintained. We didn't use the pool or spa but others did and seemed to enjoy them. Good value and a very nice place.
I grew up in Auburn and I was returning with my trailer for a visit. We were very happy with our site (F), it was large enough for our toy hauler and it was easy to access. The park was quiet and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. The shower across the path was clean and easy to use. The pond area was fun to explore with a surprising amount of wildlife such as: quail, jack rabbit, squirrels and birds. It was nice to have grocery stores close by, but the park was nestled away from all of the traffic and noise. I highly recommend you consider staying here.
After-hours checkin was fine. We found our space and set up. It was a little narrow so we had to move the picnic table behind our trailer to accommodate our awning and chairs but it worked out fine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub twice, and the showers once. Both were clean and well-maintained. The park was nicely landscaped and convenient to Target and Safeway, both of which we used. The park location was perfect for access to the areas we needed to visit. A positive experience.
Stayed a night while transferring storage of RV from Reno NV to CA for the winter. Booked last minute. Was pleasantly surprised how nice park was and how nicely landscaped it was. Did not use pool or bathrooms. Little pricey but we will return on one of our escape weekends over the winter from Reno.
