Quiet, pleasant, with helpful staff, a great waterfront view, and constant smiles. This was our first ever “camp site”, and we are so glad we stopped here! Thank you for doing what you love! It shows! (44’ motor coach fit comfortably)

When we arrived the site we reserved was not long enough for our rig. There was a pull through site across from us so we moved there for the night. I went to the office the morning and was told that I had been listed as a no show. He told me that I couldn’t just park on any site. We was very rude. He said I would have to talk to the manager. When we spoke with the manager she told me if I wanted the pull through I would have to pay for 2 sites. I called all the other area campgrounds and no one had any sites. This campground had close to 25% of the sites were empty. Don’t bother going there. The staff was rude and the sites are not good. The pics of the park are nothing like it looks now. I have attached pics to see the spots and the area. If I owned the park I would want to know why they have sites and others do not.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We chose here, with a waterfront view, to use as our "base camp" for several days of sight seeing. Easy location and just far enough away from beaches and attractions to avoid the craziness around them. Great level pads (gravel with concrete patio area), good water pressure, and an amazing view. Staff was wonderful with providing local information and rout suggestions. The Naval Air Museum (25 minutes away) was absolutely fantastic. Also easy to get to the Fort Pickens and the Gulf Island National Seashore - a treasure to see for sure. We stayed here in a 40ft motor home for three nights.

Staff is nice here, sites are good, bathroom/ showers are adequate, laundry is cheap and nice, fishing is steps away, they give you a detailed list of places you might want to go and see with direction too, pool is very small but to cool down its perfect, scenery is very pretty here. Couple downfalls....there isn't much to do in the RV park itself. Also everyone says its so quiet here but you definitely hear road traffic and air traffic noise 24/7 no matter where your at in the park.

Lovely park convenient to expressway, shops and restaurants. Very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Beautiful marsh lands with a boardwalk that are great for kayaking. Only drawback is some highway noise but it's not that bad.
