My family and I enjoy the night away at this beautiful piece of property! As a Christian family our favorite part of the stay was all the beautiful scriptures posted around the property. Our second favorite, our tour guide “white paws” 😂. With kiddos, I always overpack and make sure I have everything but the kitchen sink, but to my surprise all we needed to bring was a backpack full of clothes and a cooler of fun. The host had everything there we could think of, towels, soaps, cookware, firewood… etc you think of it, they already had it!! We will definitely be back to enjoy the peace and serenity this place had to offer

This is the most amazing place I've ever stayed. I experienced God's presence there like never before.

Awesome place to stay. Really enjoyed being in nature and off the grid. No cell phone service, no tvs, nice tree house to sleep in and showers in a tree house. A bucket under your tree house for the bathroom. Cooked on a fire. Loved it. Also have nature trails.

I loved this place. The owners are super friendly. It's a nice campsite, lots of hiking and waterfalls nearby. They provided us with towels & bath products, all kitchen wear, and fire wood. They offer laundry for an extra $7. Definitely worth the stay!

Awakening Adventures is an awesome place. I stopped here on a whim while passing through and I’m glad that I did. Very interesting and creative environment, I stayed in the primitive campsite and slept wonderfully. Anthony and his wife were very kind and accommodating as well, I’d highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, the beauty of the woods and the peacefulness of nature wrapped around me like a warm embrace. Everywhere I turned, there was something magical, the stunning tents, the enchanting treehouse, the refreshing outdoor shower, the prayer tent, and yoga on the platform under the open sky. The nights were breathtaking, with stars scattered across the sky and shooting stars painting wishes across the darkness. Mrs. Barb has left an imprint on my heart that words can hardly capture. Her knowledge, kindness, and quiet wisdom opened doors within me I didn’t even realize were closed. She showed me more than she will probably ever know, about myself, about the world, and about the beauty of simply being. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an inspiration, an awakening, and a healing journey. A piece of Awakening Adventures will stay with me always. Thank you, Mrs. Barb, for changing my life in ways I’ll forever cherish.

What an adventure! I wanted a retreat and that's what I got. A beautiful little cabin in the woods - a warm and inviting place. The property is nestle on 40 acres of beautiful scenery and hiking trails. The cabin and shower house had literally everything you need. You really only need to bring your clothes and food. The owners and hosts, Tony and Barb, were the best and always on top of things. They will leave you to yourself if that's what you prefer but I welcomed their company for fire side chats and Bible studies. That's what I wanted. It was very enriching to have food for the spirit and soul as well. They have so much vision for the place. I will definitely be doing this again! Next time I hope to get into the Star Gazer cabin with a clear roof and the entire front of the cabin. Looks like you're in the outdoors inside. I can't wait until next time!
