I had an amazing time here. Stayed at the Toasted Marshmallow cabin with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day Weekend & the quiet, quaint, & cozyness feeling here was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin featured great amenities & we absolutely loved it here. Our host, Lamar, was very accommodating to any request we had & ensured our trip was great from the time we arrived to even after our departure. I normally don't recommend much but this place is well worth the visit!
We really enjoyed our stay at Babbling Brook, although it was cut short a day due to the weather. But we definitely be back for another stay in the future! My husband and I stayed in the Stargazer, it was so cute and cozy. Perfect for us! Lamar and Terri are so friendly and accommodating. If you come across Babbling Brook Cottages, book it!
It was the best! Perfect, charming, whimsical, & clean. Fireside Pines was a perfect getaway for us! Relaxing and Lamar had all the nice touches to help with your stay. Go to Dingman Falls for a beautiful hike ! It was just what the "Dr." ordered for a wonderful getaway.
We had a wonderful time at the Babbling Brook Cottages. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge. The Toasted Marshmallow is cozy and peaceful, with all of the comforts of home. We brought breakfast items to allow us to start the day at our own pace. There are hiking trails nearby and plenty of restaurants. Please don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it! Babbling Brook Cottages is a great get-away. We went with family and several dogs. Dog friendly policies are one of the reasons we choose the location. The cabins were well equipped with all that you would need, just bring your food and supplies. I went through a stack of firewood with the fireplace inside and the fire pit outside. We went over Christmas and were treated to a white Christmas in the Poconos. Stores and things to do were not too far away and we plan to go back when we can enjoy the many trails nearby.
