Bailey's Bay | A Parkbridge Cottage & RV Resort

Our family has been at Bailey’s Bay for 5 seasons. We absolutely love the park and the residents. The park has so many amenities and the park is well maintained. There are so many activities for both kids and adults, dances, pool parties, food trucks etc. The staff are friendly and always here to help. The gem of baileys bay is the resort manager Peter. In a short time he has made so many improvements to the park, most recently a bouncy pad for the kids, darts and horseshoe pits for the adults. Peter is a popular guy with all the residents and promotes a sense of community. It’s no wonder the park has a waiting list. Bailey’s bay is one of a kind and the most sought over park in the Kawarthas.

This is our first year at Bailey's Bay, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Peter and his team truly goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and their dedication to the resort is evident in every detail. The cleanliness of the park is outstanding! The grounds are meticulously maintained, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the facilities in top-notch condition. Whether you're taking a stroll or enjoying the amenities, you’ll notice the pristine environment adds so much to the experience. As a family with kids, we especially appreciate how family-friendly the park is. There’s a fantastic sense of community, and there are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. It’s such a joy to watch our kids make new friends and enjoy the great outdoors in such a safe and well-kept space. We’re already looking forward to many more years here and can confidently say Bailey's Bay is the perfect getaway spot. Thank you to the entire team for making our first year so memorable—you’ve set the bar high!

I’ve been a resident coming up 10 years and the two best things were hiring Peter and getting Gary back!! The work they have done has been amazing! Keep up the good work boys!! Peter is great when it comes to kids and the adults and the resort speaks for its self since he’s been here. It actually looks like a resort now. My daughter and I are very happy and when we have visitors we are very proud and excited to show them around. Keep up the great work Peter!!! You’re awesome!!

Exceptional Park, highly recommend. We are new to the Park And bought a trailer from the park. The whole experience was simple and easy because of the people the Park employees. We had a few issues with our trailer and they were rectified immediately. Peter, the Manager, has been amazing. Very approachable and helpful. He keeps the park well maintained, A safe environment for children and tons of activities for the kids and the adults. We are looking forward to many years in this park. If you have kids, this is the park for you.

We absolutely love Baileys Bay! We have been at the park for 24 years. There are so many family activities for everyone to enjoy. We have had such a positive experience with Peter and Garry.
