Great spot, clean, staff is great. Albert helped us with an issue we had with a padlock. He was kind enough to get our propane tank filled. Nice guy. Great for overnight stay while traveling. We'll be back
We were very happy that we chose Bakersfield River Run for our stay. We travel the country for work and always look for a place that is clean and safe. The owners and staff maintain the facility very well! Like many other reviews have stated, you don’t even know that you are in an industrial area. I felt very safe here! They have a great gift shop, pool and activity room. The showers and laundry areas are clean. We will definitely be back! Thanks for great hospitality!
We’ve always had an excellent stay at this property - However, this last stay was disappointing. In the evening the jacuzzi had large piles of dirt in 3 corners. The next day I brought it to the attention of the front desk. I I asked if they could please clean it so we could use the Jacuzzi that evening. She said yes, she would see that it would get done. We got back that evening, went to the Jacuzzi and it was still dirty. Very disappointed . Then that evening we lost our Internet and had no TV for the rest if the night. When we checked out - again, I told the girl at the front desk. I sure hope they take this complaint serious. Kathy
Stayed for the night in the RV park. Hookup lines are good. The restrooms and showers are closed in the night. If you arrive late, you are not able to use them, which is exactly what happened for us.
Nice park, but holy moly, the noise is like camping on the shoulder of the freeway. If they could pick this place up and move it a mile from the freeway, it would be one of the better spots we know.
