Was there last week. Staff were very friendly. We always enjoy our stays there. Only problem is the flooding. I will start watching the tide charts when I make future reservations. Other than that, we love it there. We got to watch a juvenile bald eagle feasting on a fish right in the campground. Pretty cool.
Words could never express the fun & beauty of being at Bar Harbor. We live 20 miles away but try our best to get here every chance we can. You have fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, or just relaxing. The best part is how the campground is run, from maintenance to owners always ready to help, very clean🤩
This is the best campground! We used to visit here before getting a permanent spot. The pool, ducks, nature, water, etc. It is the the perfect place for a getaway, always.
Really great small campground. Very scenic with the river being steps from most of the sites. Bathhouse could use some updating but definitely a place we'd come back to.
Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. Beautiful scenery and a peaceful weekend. Great place close by for a quick getaway. Will go back!
