Our facilities include RV sites with full hookups, tent camping areas, luxurious glamping tents, and a cozy lodge. We pride ourselves on offering a range of services designed to make your stay convenient and enjoyable, including laundry facilities, pay showers, and a well-equipped kitchen in our clubhouse. The property is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on weekends.

Everyone was friendly but was not very impressed. Everything from very small shower area, pay showers, not very welcoming to tent campers, power outlet at our site kept tripping, exposed wiring, and pipes coming out of the ground. The drive area needs more gravel as it’s was a bit muddy due to rain. More gravel would have made it better. Never really saw staff or were greeted. I will say the laundry was very nice. The view was very nice as well. This place has a lot of potential, but needs work in our opinion. You feel like you are on top of each other as there is very little space between campers. The outside cook area is nice as well as the kitchen in club house. We hope for future campers that some improvements can be made. We wish them the best but an honest review is needed.
This was a lovely stay I wish I could have booked here sooner. I booked the glamping tent and view was wonderful and it is perfect for couples. They had all the essentials you need & the beds were so comfortable. Easy check in process as well!
We stayed in one of the tiny homes and found the accommodations to be perfect for our weekend vacation. The space was clean and welcoming, with quality heating and cooling for cool mornings and warm afternoons. Less than 10 minutes from both Ouray and Ridgway. Surprisingly quiet for being along highway 550.
Wonderful glamping experience great views of the mountains has heater and microwave and mini fridge patio is wonderful. Very comfy beds. Bathrooms and showers clean and stocked with soap and shampoo. Highly recommend.
Excellent! There is coffee available and the showers had very nice conditioner that made my hair really soft. Great stay for a great price, would recommend!
