Stayed at the Basin for 10 months. They exceeded expectations as far as customer service, cleanliness, and accommodations. The bathrooms were always clean, ample laundry options, the pool is really nice, and the other guests at the Basin were friendly and respectful of the rules.
Wonderful weekend stay! Super quiet, secluded with enough privacy and wiggle room on each side of the campsite. Very established facilities with nice features and amenities. Too chilly for the pool but looked like a nice area. Staff were kind and answered questions. Will definitely be returning.
This was the cleanest park I have stayed in for a long while. On site staff is super responsive and friendly. Laundry, pool, playground and dog parks. I really like the pier on the river. I stayed here over a year working and was sad to have to leave. Highly recommend for everyone.
I have a story to tell , Yesterday in Temple tx Atwood I had a blown tire and one of the RV Basin Temple Belton Bastrop trucks was there .Help Jack up the car , get the blown tire off make sure my spare had enough air. Showed me where my jack points on my mercury Grand Marquis are . Help my put my spare tire on . Taught us how to read a tire. Many thanks you see I have keinbock disease in my hand my wife has feet problems and is on a walker.
Great location right off highway. Very nice, clean RV park with friendly and helpful staff. Access to the river and close to downtown and state parks. Very responsive when we had cable and wifi issues as well.
