Just up river from Brooks Falls and opposite the Chute. Close to Hinton, Bluestone Dam, the merging of the Greenbrier River to the New, and Sandstone Falls via the other side of the river. Good fishing on the river, hosts events for 4th of July and such. There was a time this was a great place. The owner has a special needs relative they refuse to properly account for. Wanders the park, yelling at folks, walks onto camper decks... you need to keep your doors locked or he has been known to just come on in. If you say you feel uncomfortable, you're out. Period. It's just a matter of time before something happens. Lock your doors. Water off in the campers Oct-Apr, bath house works though. Not a public campground.
I would not recommend anyone to camp here. The owner is a money grubbing crook who will have you followed. Make up lies and try to ruin your reputation just bc she loves drama. Stay away from this place as long as she has anything to do with it!!
Not a public park. Affordable place to hook up a long term camper stay. Water shut off October to April.
So beautiful river, peaceful and harmony
