Baymont by Wyndham Cortez

Very nice indoor area and pool. Unusually great breakfast. Things that would have made this 5 STARS: if I could turn on just the shower without the bath water still running and filling the tub(room 323). If our sheets didn’t have a rip in them and were tucked in under the mattresses instead of lazily and unevenly thrown onto the bed. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel, very stylish. Clean. Safe.

I give this hotel a very good rating for a few reasons. First, the rooms are clean, spacious, they have comfortable beds, a huge TV and good AC. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are all in the shower (this is no standard anymore). Service at the front desk was great, they had three people there to keep waiting times low. In addition to this the view was great (my room was to the mountain side) and it was very quiet during the night. I stayed in around 10 different hotels (80 to 200 USD price range) during the last 2 weeks and this was one of the best. Also, many good restaurants nearby. The building is a little bit older but I couldn't care less. Stayed in Page the night before and despite being a quite new hotel, it was so loud during the night and rooms were half the size with small TVs and only one soap in the bathroom. Overall, I give this hotel 4,5 stars. They maybe could improve the pool area by fixing small patches that need repairs but that's it. I certainly would consider staying here again.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this hotel. The sheets were stained, and the towels were ragged and worn out. To make matters worse, there were used towels left in the bathroom. It felt like they were really struggling to keep things in order. The exterior doors had broken locks, which made me feel very unsafe. The manager, Kathy, seemed overwhelmed and stressed as she tried to assist frustrated guests. It was a disappointing stay all around.

Stopped here because our plans to camp were derailed by a nasty storm and this place was such a refreshing surprise! The breakfast was WONDERFUL! The rooms are basic but clean and have mini kitchens. The indoor pool also looks very nice and well kept. Our kids were bummed we didn’t have time to use it. Highly recommend this place!

Great cozy spacious rooms , would like to say we chose to book here online after ensuring there was a hot tub available only to find out upon arrival the hot tub had been down for weeks and they had no value when it might get fixed.. misleading advertising , will stay again when there for business but will call to ensure hot tub is working
