Baymont by Wyndham Grand Haven

Pool & hot tub were very warm, plenty of towels, and space. Room was updated and nice. Had a refrigerator & microwave. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was clean and had many options. Staff was kind. We had a great stay and had lots of fun swimming.

Stayed for four nights and did not get housekeeping for towels, trash, or bedding even after asking for it on the morning of the third day. The door has a little crack between the wall and door causing us to have light in the room and we were able to hear everything in the hallways as people passed by. (And we were right next to the stairs). Breakfast is pretty great for a smaller size hotel. The pool/hot tub area was not ideal as it had no towels readily available, and the hot tub was colder than the pool. Overall, the stay was fine but a bit disappointed.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying the night there for their Halloween party last October. We had a great time and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfectly situated in Grand Haven with everything nearby. Was definitely worth the price and we'll definitely be back to escape from reality, if only temporarily.

This is a mixed review. The hotel is clean, the pool and hot tub are nice. The beds are like sleeping on concrete. The light switch runs the outlets so you wake up and nothing charged. The bathroom is so tiny you can't change in there. There is no private room to change clothes. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and the tub won't drain. The air conditioner worked great, but made weird noise all night. Not a bad place to stay, but definitely far from the best. Not worth over $200 for 1 night.

Our family of 4 was very happy with our stay! The room was great, clean, beds were good, no issues at all. The lobby is adorable, and breakfast included in the morning had something for everyone. Kids enjoyed the pool at night. Only 5 mins from downtown Grand Haven. Would definitely stay here again.
