The only good thing is the location. The room was filthy. I arrived and found little pieces of dried pasta all over the floor. There were leftovers in the refrigerator. One lamp didn’t work. The volume control on the tv remote didn’t work. When leaving the room I had to go through the unlock cycle with the key card several times to get the door to lock. I complained about the cleanliness at the front desk. I was told it would be taken care of while I was out to an early dinner. I received a call saying the room was clean. I returned to find the only thing that had been done was removing the leftovers. The carpet had not been vacuumed, even though it desperately needed it.

This motel was good for my purpose. It's not a.hotel so my expectations were different from business travel. I was there for fall colors motorcycle ride and just need a warm/cool and clean place to sleep at night. Everything to me was nice. However, the floor has super old carpet and felt dampy/wet and icky if walk on barefoot. The weddings were nice and clean except the skirt was icky. If they would change flooring to wood/laminate, I would come back and give 4 to 5 stars for the value. One should not compare this facility against the big brand hotels. This is a budget friendly facility. As long as it's clean, all worth it for me.

Horrible, nasty, gross! Our room was so gross. We saw two cockroaches, the floor had not been vacuumed as there were old clothing tags all over the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was no hand soap and the bathroom tray that would hold it was filthy! They provided shampoo and conditioner that looked as if it had been used before. There was mascara all over one of the pillows. Several of the lamps did not work. In all honestly, we were terrified to sleep in this room but didn’t have another choice as everywhere else was sold out and we already paid a lot of money to be here. It was very disappointing. :( The location is good though. And it is very quiet!

Very disappointed with way the room looked. There was paint missing on the walls, toilet barely flushed and really low to ground, the door had a large opening that you could see outside, ended up getting bit by bed bug from room. Was not aware that this room was an outside room and not inside the hotel. That should have been disclosed. I called regarding the free breakfast and the guy told me it was hot breakfast and there would be eggs and sausage and muffins. Never had eggs either day we were there. It was just waffles to warm up in microwave and one day sausage biscuits. This is not up to my Wyndham standards and very disappointed with Wyndham representing a hotel like this. This was my first time using my rewards and not happy. I also have pictures I can send too. WiFi did not work at all. Was not told where to find ice. No oblong toilet. I would really like a refund for this stay. It was a disaster. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. TV was very small for room size. Room size decent. Needs upgrades.

This place was the worst hotel I've stayed at in 60 of traveling. Filthy room, lamps either not working or no bulbs. Shower didn't drain for 5 hours after one shower. Light over sink worked intermittently. Hair and stains on the comforter. This place is very old and worn out and not taken care of. Needs a LARGE bulldozer immediately to take it down. Do not book here. You'll be disappointed!!!
