This hotel is NOT fit for visitors and tourists. This hotel is currently a refugee sanctuary for non-english speaking migrants coming from very hurt nations all over the world. This hotel should not be recommended anywhere for tourists and should be closed for business. I'm not sure how they have rooms available as these refugees have been living at this hotel for over a year and the parking lot is currently full of cars and children's bicycles. This place is currently a home for possibly hurt migrants who may not be receiving proper care or support from the state or government as no citizents of the town of Plymouth or the Plymouth County have been given updates about what is happening here. The owners of this business neglect to share their status with customers and the citizens of the town of Plymouth.

My Family and I flew in to with plans to start at this hotel. Upon arrival we witnessed a huge group of illegal NON US citizens outside treating the place horribly. When you try and book a room here they now tell you it is not for US CITIZENS. It is open to ONLY illegals

The best customer service. They are so incredibly nice here. This is my second time staying here and they just do everything that they can to make sure that you are incredibly comfortable and have everything you need. Even the housekeeping staff asked me about my stay as I was checking out in the morning. The rooms are incredibly spacious and just so comfortable. Beds are incredibly comfortable. We had the most wonderful upgrade to a suite this last stay that made everything so much better. We had a kitchen and being that we were staying with two children it was a huge help! If you get the chance to stay with them you must visit the Mexican restaurant next door as well. The best Mexican food I've ever had. You can't go wrong with the hotel or the food! Thank you :)

Great location if you are in the Plymouth MA area. The rooms are very clean. The pool area was also very clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was generous and included freshly picked peaches off the tree on site. There is a fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the hotel too. But the thing that makes this such a great place to stay is the welcoming and caring staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful and generous with their time and advice. When I realized that I had left my son’s shorts and t-shirt in the room, the management offered to send it to my home in Michigan. I am looking forward to returning again in the fall when I visit my son.
