Recommendable location to stay, if you’re passing by First impression always gives you an idea of how good the place would be. The ambience in the lobby was nice and the gentleman at the desk was good. The rooms were clean enough. Had every basic stuff required. Decent breakfast in the morning. Overall comfortable stay..

They’d get zero stars if I could! Lied and said I smoked cigarettes in the room and kept my deposit! I called an officer out for a legal written statement and he confirmed there is no way we smoked in that room, there was no scent to say we smoked at all!!! Complete liars and scams that took advantage of two women from out of town. The front desk man even gave us 2 different names when I asked for it for documentation for my lawsuit! Not clean, not friendly, breakfast was gross (rubbery pancakes…. Yes rubbery!!!), no elevators, disgusting showers!!!! Just don’t!!! Pay a couple extra dollars and stay in a nicer area!!!!

THE rooms was clean, and had plenty towels available, bed was clean and had good good night rest. The person at the front counter was nice. Only time that the breakfast could have more varieties.

Check in was good. I thought it was going to be a good weekend to relieve some stress, but I got kicked out due to me bringing a live bed bug to the desk clerk attention. At first I was promised another room and then was told to leave within 2 hours. I don't drive, but my man does and he was working delivering Amazon packages at the time. Therefore, I had to call a friend to rescue me, grrrrr Later on my man dropped his key off that he had and was told we were only getting refund on night due to me checking out, well, I got kicked out as I was planning to stay! I should get the whole refund back!

Hotel was clean enough, no bugs, etc. Accommodations somewhat dated, but were fine for a short stay. The young man at the customer service desk was very nice and thorough. Another man was seemingly working but didn’t help with the long line to check in. The hotel does not have an elevator and we were not told or was it noted anywhere. Not great for someone with little kids or people with physical limitations.
