The customer service was pleasant. The pictures on the website seem to be very old because the outside does not give the same impression as we saw when we pulled up to the hotel. The photos of the rooms are also very deceiving. All of the photos on the website must have been taken when the hotel was first built. Do not book based on the photos!! The sheets were dirty. There was what appeared to be vomit down the side of the bed on the mattress pad that was exposed because the fitted sheet didn’t cover the entire mattress. The shower head was filthy with calcified water caked on. Overall it was very uncomfortable. If you are a single person passing through and are desperate for a place to sleep this might be adequate for one night. Maybe. I would not take my family to this hotel. It’s definitely a place where you don’t want to take your shoes off while in the room. Also, check the windows before going to sleep. They were unlocked. Overall it is a rundown hotel. If you are a nostalgic person you will love this hotel. The decor is strictly from the 70s era. I know that doesn’t matter when someone is desperate for a place to sleep, but it just shows the upkeep is poor.

Do not stay here. I reserved a room for two nights but I checked out after one night. It is dirty, smells, ice machine didn’t work, to name a few things. I will say the night clerk (Vicki or Nikki) was beyond helpful and needs a raise. I had booked it through booking.com and they refunded my money. It was terrible!

I have no idea what these past few months the reviews are not with standing! The staff has been more than accommodating and polite! The online booking was not only super easy and save me 15%! The room is impeccable and spotless. It has oversized fridge with freezer. Yes the bathroom is a little small but that's what it is a bathroom it has an awesome get ready area with granite countertops. I was given full room service when I asked. The place is just clean, from the parking lot to the lobby to the breakfast bar. It's within walking distance to 3 restaurant / pubs and these are local places too no tourists... the hospital and Casey's and a breakfast family-owned restaurant within the block that is just off the chain good!! That has been quiet as a church mouse here for the last 3 days. Online $54 hello!! I will not stay anywhere else in the area!!

Do not stay here it is not worth it. I stayed there with my family while on leave and it's one of if not the worst hotel I've stayed in. The hotel smelled off and our bed broke because the bed frame was rotted from water damage and probably hadn't been replaced in 15 years. The pool was a huge safety hazard and I don't recommend letting yours kids swim there let alone yourself. The drain cover on the bottom was coming out of the pool was coming out with screws exposed. The amount of chlorine used in the pool was way above safe levels. You stay in the pool long enough and you'll end up with chemical burns. Pretty sure they don't change out the water hence the amount of chlorine. Also the lights in the pool don't work. You can't stay in the hot tub either because the second the jets turn on you start choking on chlorine gas. The bottom of the hot tub also needs redone because it's very abrasive and has jagged rocks from the floor being worn down. My brother had to replace his phone due to the chlorine eroding the electronics in his charging port.

The room didn't seem too terrible at first. I was traveling for work. Check in was easy. The lady was super nice. Once I got settled into the room, I started realizing things. There was hair in the shower around the drain that I had to remove before I could shower. The light above the sink looks like it's been taped to keep it from falling apart. The air conditioner in the wall kept kicking on and off all night. To top it off, when I woke up the following morning I discovered 2 ants on me while I was still laying in bed. Upon further inspection of the nightstand, I found more ants. When I checked out, I had to wait for the girl to pause her conversation with a family member or friend, I'm not sure. I told her about the ants and she didn't seem to concerned, just said "ok". I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.
