Other than the nice ladies up front both rooms I was in was unclean and would wake up to bugs on the bed and jumping around in the carpet. The 1st room was so bad I actually caught the bugs on my lint roller and showed them then they put me on the pet floor and omg that was even worse don't stay here it's unclean and when I say they have bugs I truly mean that. Smh staying here was the worst choice I ever made.

So far, so good! I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast. My daughter loves swimming so she enjoyed it as well. Also, the front desk staff and breakfast staff have been AMAZING EVERYDAY! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Worth the money. The staff is great! Lilly helped me so much tonight, she really made this stay easy! The rooms pretty nice, comfy bed and my room was very clean. Any staff I spoke too was friendly.

To begin I will say that the young lady Yomarys at the counter, was so kind and patient when we were having trouble paying over the phone and helped me to the end. . Walking in was such nice smell of pine sol and clean. Room was clean and also smelled good. Not once did the room attendants bother me or come into our room, when asked for more towels or assistance with anything they were quick to come to my room. The Breakfast bar every morning was Full, warm and clean thanks to Ms.Carmen. Everyone there makes you feel Welcomed and are very friendly !!! As for now, we will continue staying at BAYMONT in Portage,Ind .

If i could give negative 5 I would. I called the hotel to ask about their pool for February 22nd so my kids could I could swim for the day. We were literally not even going to stay the night I was paying the money for a room so that we could swim for the day. I show up to the hotel to use the pool after speaking to the hotel and paying and I get there and I'm told the pool is closed for the day after I was just told the day before the pool would be open. Then the young lady working that day was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered I would not go there do not waste your money. Was sorry, unkempt and just not what you would expect when it comes to HOSPITALITY.
