Great location for an RV park - on the waterfront right next to the marina! Can't miss finding it, super-nice manager, and lots of room in November. Not a fancy place, and appeared to have a number of long-term tenants - some already have Christmas lights up! Loved listening to the seal lions bark, walking to see them and the beach, and being close to café/bar. Driving distance to Safeway, drugstores, and Trees of Mystery attraction. Good place to stop for a while and smell the ocean ... And visit the lighthouse when the tide is out!

Very peaceful place! It’s right on the Harbor and steps away from the beach. You can hear the Seals barking, and sometimes a heard of Elk will feed in the grass beside the park. There is No drama and no rift-raft. It has its own discreet private security. Janice and Anthony keep everything running smoothly. UPDATE: 09/21/2002: THIS PLACE IS NOW FULL OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AT NIGHT; continuously walking through and all around the property. Watch your valuables!!!!!

No bathrooms or showers. The website says they have bathrooms. The doors to the bathrooms even say they will be unlocked during the day but they aren't, they have cobwebs on the door knows. No picnic tables. No use of the laundry room. No office people. No security of any kind, since someone pulled in next to us and said they were just gonna stay there for the night. (Said they did it often and didn't have to pay). No one every comes to check. The beach is wonderful and the boats are fun to look at. But someone needs to actually manage the property. Oh, and I did email the management, they said the website was outdated and that was all they had to say.
