One of the best islands out on the Indian River/Sebastian Inlet! Has a dock for smaller craft, a few rope swings over the water, a bunch of picnic tables and fire pits, and open shady spaces as well as a few beautiful paths by the shore. There's a connected sister island that's accessible by sandbar during lower tides, and is definitely worth checking out too. Other than people leaving their garbage (shame on you animals) it's definitely worth visiting!

Great peaceful little island. Unfortunately there was a lot of trash left at campsites. Unfortunately people left a lot of glass beer bottles scattered around the island and the ones by the sand bar were broken all through the sand. We did not have the equipment to clean it up and haul it away but did manage to pick up some pieces and pile them next to the bottles that were discarded in the fire pit.

Great place to camp, or just have a cook out. There are no facilities but there is a fire ring with a few benches and picnic tables.

Great place to camp. Picnic table and grill already there for the use. Might want to clean it up first. Lol

Spoil Island camping is great. This island has multiple free camp sites that are first come first serve. Camp sites usually have a picnic table, grill, and fire pit. No other amenities. Easy to get to with a boat ramp right across the water on the east side. Volunteers look after the sites when they can, so they're usually on good condition. Hurricane Matthew knocked a lot of trees down on the north-west side. Beautiful views, sunrise and set are great, tons of stars when it's clear. Great camping spot.
