Bear Camp Cabin Rentals

I apologize for being so late in writing our review, life has got in the way with elderly sickness and passing of a love one and all that comes with that With all that being said, having the opportunity for a few days at The Buttercup Bear Cabin, back in November was a highlight and a refuge for us, not to mention that it was also during our 43rd wedding anniversary. Our stay was Nov 17-21st, There wear still plenty of fall foliage and sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of the squirrels and chipmunks 🐿️ was relaxing and entertaining. The Buttercup Cabin is everything you could ask for and more, cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, washer and dryer is always a plus. The kitchen has everything you need. I will say there is no k cup coffeemaker but there is a drip coffee pot. If you don’t have coffee grounds, no worries, take a trip to Mountain Brothers General Store, they have all kinds of coffee beans you can grind, best coffee in the mountains. The cabin has filters so no worries there. We love A Buttercup bear so much that this was our third stay and we plan to go back. I have to mention our amazing host, Scott and Alisha, they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you may need. We were completely taken by surprise when we arrived back to the cabin to see a beautiful anniversary bouquet had been delivered. That was the sweetest and made our day extra special. Thanks bunches. This cabin is beautiful and super clean and cozy. We give it 5+. John & Joanie

We had an amazing stay at Majestic Splash cabin. The cabin was perfect for our group of 17. There was plenty of space. Everyone really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the fire pit and patio area. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back in the near future for another day. We had a wonderful experience with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals! We stayed in the Tennessee Whiskey cabin. We came with our church Youth Team (26 of us) to plan out the year and it was a great time. The views were incredible, Kroger was only 10-15min away in case we needed something and the rooms were just perfect for us. Thank you for allowing is to stay here!

We really enjoyed the cabin. We stayed at Daya. It was spacious with bedrooms being on different levels. The view was amazing even in mid December. We saw a lot of bears which was one thing we was really hoping for! We played pool and darts most nights which was great since it was cold outside. Was disappointed in the selection of pots and pants. It made it a little difficult to fix a meal for 4 people. There was only one maybe 8" skillet and two even smaller ones and there was no salt and pepper. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. If I knew there would be additional cooking vessels I would definitely stay there again.

We spent a wonderful week at Star of the Summit from Bear Camp cabin rentals. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and well taken care of. We had a group of 5 adults and 8 children and we had plenty of room to spread out. The children loved the indoor pool and the game room. It was a blessing to find a beautiful home for our whole family to spend time together in in the Great Smoky Mountains. We will have memories that last forever!
