Just okay, nothing special. The rooms are an afterthought to the main business of selling beer and wine. Stayed in the small cabin. Parking gets dicey Friday and Saturday night. We had restaurant guests all near our cabin Saturday evening. The whole paper towel thing is a bit silly. And who provides only one trash bag when you have to take your own garbage out. Hot tub is nice though. Breakfast options are weak and speak to laziness. Better values can be found elsewhere.

This place is horrible to go for a getaway. Way too over priced for the very outdated/old buildings. We checked in and everything seemed good, until we went to get some ice out of the freezer for some water and there was a hair stuck in the ice and also long hair in the bed. Looked like the sheets were not changed from the last visit. The site did say we had to wash our dishes(we also do anywhere we stay) and they only gave us one hand towel. As the cabin has a small full kitchen, they did not provide any paper towels also. The welcome booklet did say if we needed ANYTHING to go to the winery and ask. i went and asked the lady behind the counter about paper towels and she explains that the cost of the chemicals for the hot tubs(way too put chlorine we could not even use it) were so expensive that they needed to cut costs and figured people could bring/buy those items. So i asked for an extra hand towel and was told no! Also there is very limited parking close to your cabin. i would never good back to this place or recommend it to anyone. Too expensive for what you get.

This was the perfect place for us. Just outside of Branson, and it was quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Our Pinecone cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub on our balcony! Rebecca and staff helped us with some suggestions on what to do and where to eat that proved perfect. I’d highly recommend Bear Creek Lodge.

A nice place to stay with a few significant disappointments. We'll start with the positives: The cabins and grounds are everything they boast to be and more. Very beautiful with a wonderful country charm and feel. The walking paths are short, but lovely. The buildings cause the imagination to drift back to the simpler days. A wonderful ambience for sure. But here are the negitives for any would-be travelers. 1. The lodge is a little hard to find, especially at night. It's off the beaten path for sure. The GPS is confused and recalculates often. 2. The owner of the inn (the charming country woman who appears in the video) is anything but charming. She appears to have left her first love---the guests. We found her mostly irritable, and specifically unfriendly and unhelpful. One of her staff member had to apologize for her by stepping in and finishing our check-in process... that's not in the video. 3. This was the biggest disappointment of all---the breakfast. Disappointing would be a great understatement. Non-existent a better description. Stale cinnamon rolls and a nearly empty fridge was all that awaited us at the lodge. Seriously, there was a few bottles of orange juice, a plate of chocolate cake, bottled water, and a few stale cinnamon rolls to which the man behind the counter pointed and said help yourself. This TOTALLY defeats the purpose of a bed and breakfast. For this reason alone, I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a B&B, LOOK ELSEWHERE. In summary: They have nice cabins and a great start-up story, but if you're in it for the hospitality and food---FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
