Bear Valley Campground was a great location if you planned on wanting to do some boondocking. Its on a first come, first serve basis. We decided to make our adventure during the winter seasons and try out our 1st snow camping in our new roof top tent. It was peaceful being out there. No cell service and we were totally disconnected from the city life. It was a great experience and the campground was amazing. The restrooms were clean and just remember pack out everything you packed in, including your garbage.

Beautiful campground- nice OHV trails around. I came here on Ford Transit camper and took my dirtbikes to enjoy nearby trails. There is no coverage but Starlink works- little slow due to tree cover

Tried to get to this campground, I’m sure it’s beautiful! Just want to warn others about the roads over here. I got stuck in mud not too far along the road getting here. Only drive if you are confident in your snow/mud abilities and gear, it’s definitely tricky and inaccessible for most people.

Fairy remote. Only one other person there. Very quiet during the night. Bear lockers, bathrooms. Didn't see running water. Fire pits and tables. Park in each campsite.

Beautiful camping site with a clearing and a lot of trees, completely Free, with little to no people. Not very many animals. Has bathrooms and toilet paper. There is fire pits to make fires and grill food. I would definitely RECOMMEND this camping spot!
